The Grand
Cottage opened in April 2006 at a convenient location in
downtown Yoakum on Grand, only 2 blocks from the historic district.
Yoakum is also the leather capital of the world so there are plenty
of leather goods for sale in town. Breakfast is provided in the
kitchen for eating in the dining room or in your room, and our menu
is always changing. We feature a fenced grassy backyard and
carport. Children are welcome and wifi is coming soon. No pets,
